We offer a wide range of Straight Perforation Blades, many Ex Stock for use in the toilet tissue industry. Popular machines such as Perini and PCMC are catered for with blades manufactured in a variety of materials including Carbon Steel, Bi Metal (with a High Speed Steel Insert) and High Speed Steel. Wrapping blades are also available for machines including Casmatic Type Blades.
On the Circular Knife side we can slot most knives with the perforation configuration the customer requires, including microperf. Many blanks are kept in stock and can be slotted and ground at a few days notice. Perforation wheels can also be made to order.
